Ronald McDonald House Charities Manitoba (RMHC Manitoba) is an organization that keeps families together. We operate through our two core programs: Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room in HSC Children's Hospital.

Ronald McDonald House is a "home-away-from-home" for rural Manitoban and out-of-province families with a child requiring treatment at a nearby hospital. The program operates for families 24/7, 365 days a year. The House is a warm, supportive, and welcoming space where families can stay close, be together and connect with each other in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Ronald McDonald Family Room is a home within the hospital walls for any family with a pediatric patient. Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day of the week, 365 days a year, this space offers comfort and care just steps away from your child's bedside. Three sleeping rooms offer overnight accommodations for families of children in critical situations. Our common areas offer space for respite for moments of rest and reflection.

McDonald's® is our founding and forever partner. McDonald’s® Restaurants of Canada, local McDonald's® Owner/Operators, and their suppliers provide annual financial support to help sustain RMHC Manitoba's operations. However, the organization must still rely on the generosity of Manitobans for monetary donations, services, and gifts-in-kind for approximately 70% of its operating costs. RMHC Manitoba is supported by a compassionate community of supporters, dedicated staff, and caring volunteers.
