Employee Giving
Companies can encourage their employees to help families needing the services of RMHC Manitoba's Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room, as well as receive a personal benefit on your income tax and benefit return. Companies can also encourage employees to give by matching employee donations up to an amount of their choosing.
Your employees are asked to consider the option of payroll deductions for charitable donations to RMHC Manitoba.
Employees can sign up to have any amount (minimum $1.00) deducted each pay cheque. At the end of each year, RMHC Manitoba will issue you a tax receipt for the total amount deducted (minimum $20 annual giving required).Employees can then claim this on your income tax and benefit return, which will likely increase their tax return.
